Malai Laddoos

Ingredients:
- 100 gm. Condensed Milk
- 250 gm. Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 4-5 drops Yellow Food Color
- 2-3 drops Keora Jal (Keora Water)
- ½ tsp. Ilaichi Powder (Green Cardamom Powder)
Method of Preparation:
- Mash Paneer.
- Add mashed Paneer to the Pan.
- Add Condensed Milk.
- Mix well.
- Place the Pan on low heat.
- Stir continuously and cook on low heat till the mixture thickens.
- Remove the Pan from heat.
- Add the Food color and Keora Water to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the prepared Malai mixture on a Plate and allow it cool. (Not in a Refrigerator)
- Prepare small round balls of Malai Laddoos.
- Sprinkle Ilaichi Powder all on the Laddoos.
- Malai Laddoos are now ready to Serve.
